Midnight Lace Obsidian is a fairly new mineral that is found in the Caucasian Mountains Armenia. Although it is very dark in colour, some pieces are known to have translucency with black layers and show small crystalline masses that show like ‘stars on a dark sky’ hence it’s name! It is known to contain potassium, silicon, aluminum, manganese, iron, titanium, calcium, rubidium, strontium, and zirconium.
It is a talisman for protection, think of it like a shield, as well as being able to transmute negative, heavy energy to brighter and lighter energy. It encourages a safe space in which to open up to your greatest potential on all levels.
